1. READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY
These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relations that arise between SENLIMA STORE SL, with registered office, C/Llull 105, 2º 1ª, 08005, Barcelona (Barcelona), Spain, and with CIF B67491605 (hereinafter, "Service Provider") and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of SENLIMA STORE SL (http://www.senlimastore.com", hereinafter the store").
2. USER OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the property and rights of SENLIMA STORE SL, its suppliers, Users or in general from any third party.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1 SENLIMA STORE SL reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, SENLIMA STORE SL may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, SENLIMA STORE SL reserves the right to choose the products offered in the Store.
3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that web display technology allows to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4. PROCEDURE, PAYMENT METHODS, DEADLINES AND SHIPPING COSTS
4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, SENLIMA STORE SL will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make payment for the Products to SENLIMA STORE SL.
PAYMENT FORMS AND DELIVERY TIMES
4.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store: credit card or PayPal. You also have the possibility of paying cash on delivery or in 3 installments using the KLarna application.
4.3 If cash on delivery is selected, the amount must be paid at the time of receiving the package, either at home or in the physical store. If the delivery method is selected as pickup in store and as a cash on delivery payment method, SENLIMA STORE SL will keep the order for 10 days. If after this time the User has not collected the package, it will be considered cancelled.
4.4 SENLIMA STORE SL will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be carried out in the Spanish language.
4.5 The order confirmation sent by SENLIMA STORE SL is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. If the user wants an invoice, they must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.6 All orders served at home will be sent by our own delivery service or by the staff of the ONTIME or Correos transport company, within a period of between one to three business days.
4.7 For an order to ship that same day, it must be placed on a business day
before 3 p.m. (UTC+1). Otherwise, shipping will be handled the next business day.
4.8 The national delivery service is only to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders will not be sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
5.1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which they can contact SENLIMA STORE SL and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than 14 business days, counted from receipt of the product without any penalty.
5.2 You can exercise this right by sending an email to the following address email@example.com.
5.3 Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do this, said amount will be returned to the same credit card or bank account in which you paid for the order. SENLIMA STORE SL will make the payment. The period for said payment will be that established in the Law, a maximum of 14 calendar days. The amount will be returned upon receipt of the goods. Return costs will be borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to personalized and sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
5.4 The process to follow is as follows:
1.Request the return or exchange by email to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of no more than 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product, indicating the reason for the return.
2.The items will be shipped in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them. The returned items will be reviewed by SENLIMA STORE SL, in order to assess their good condition. In the event that said evaluation determines that the items are not in their ORIGINAL condition, the return will not be accepted.

4.Only returns sent from the country or region of destination of the order as designated at the time of online purchase will be accepted.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and retain proof of shipping.
The process to follow to request the exchange of a product already purchased for a different one is as follows:
1. Request the change by email to email@example.com within a period of no more than 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product.
- Items must be sent in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, and in the original packaging. The items will be reviewed by SENLIMA STORE SL, in order to assess their good condition.
In the event that said evaluation determines that the items are not in an adequate condition, the exchange will not be accepted.
SENLIMA STORE only assumes shipping costs in the following cases:
– Product change in general (only in the peninsula). In each order SENLIMA STORE SL will assume the shipping costs of a first change. If subsequent changes are made, the shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
– Erroneous shipments or defective products.
FOR THE REST OF CHANGES, THE SHIPPING ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER.
