DELIVERY TIMES

All orders served at home will be sent by our own delivery service or by the staff of the ONTIME or Correos transport company, within a period of between one to three business days for national shipments.

For an order to ship that same day, it must be placed on a business day before 3:00 p.m. (UTC+1). Otherwise, shipping will be handled the next business day.

DELIVERY AREAS

The national delivery service is only in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders will not be sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Delivery service is also offered to other European countries.

Returns and refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which he or she may contact SENLIMA STORE SL and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than 14 business days, counted from receipt of the product, without any penalty.

2 You can exercise this right by sending an email to the following address contact@senlimastore.com.

3 Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do this, said amount will be returned to the same credit card or bank account in which you paid for the order. SENLIMA STORE SL will make the payment. The period for said payment will be that established in the Law, a maximum of 14 calendar days. The amount will be returned upon receipt of the goods. Return costs will be borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to personalized and sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

4 The process to follow is the following:
1.Request the return or exchange by email to the email address contact@senlimastore.com within a period of no more than 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product, indicating the reason for the return.

2.The items will be shipped in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them. The returned items will be reviewed by SENLIMA STORE SL, in order to assess their good condition. In the event that said evaluation determines that the items are not in their ORIGINAL condition, the return will not be accepted.

3.Send the item to the following address:

4.Only returns sent from the country or region of destination of the order as designated at the time of online purchase will be accepted.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and retain proof of shipping.

CHANGES

The process to follow to request the exchange of a product already purchased for a different one is as follows:

  1. Request the change by email to contact@senlimastore.com within a period of no more than 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product.
  2. Items must be sent in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, and in the original packaging. The items will be reviewed by SENLIMA STORE SL, in order to assess their good condition.
    In the event that said evaluation determines that the items are not in an adequate condition, the exchange will not be accepted.
    SENLIMA STORE only assumes shipping costs in the following cases:
    – Product change in general (only in the peninsula). In each order SENLIMA STORE SL will assume the shipping costs of a first change. If subsequent changes are made, the shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
    – Erroneous shipments or defective products.
    FOR THE REST OF CHANGES, THE SHIPPING ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER.
    To return or exchange an item purchased at SENLIMA STORE SL, you just have to contact a courier company or the Post Office and send the item to the address: SENLIMA STORE SL C/Llull 105, 2º 1ª, 08005, Barcelona
    3. You must attach the original invoice/ticket or a copy of it.
    4. If there is a price difference between the original item and the one requested for the exchange, it will be managed by bank transfer.
