WHAT IS CLICK&COLLECT? CAN I USE IT TO AVOID SHIPPING COSTS?

Click&Collect is a convenient shipping method that allows you to place your order online and then pick it up in our physical store, thus saving you shipping costs.

When you choose the Click&Collect option, in your order confirmation email you will receive instructions on when and where to collect it. It's a simple way to shop and pick up your items when it suits you best.

Important note: If you select "cash on delivery" as a payment method, the order will be reserved for 10 days. If after this time you have not picked up the package in our physical store, the order will be considered cancelled.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products purchased through senlimastore.com will be replaced at Senlima's discretion. This process can be applied from receipt of the product until the 14 days stipulated for the return. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you the new item without additional shipping costs.

Since we cannot ensure the quality of Senlima products that are marketed by unauthorized sellers, our warranty does not apply to products purchased from these sellers, unless prohibited by law.
