I have not received a confirmation email about my order

The email may have gone to your spam folder. Try checking there first. If you are sure that you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us at contact@senlimastore.com. Don't forget to tell us in whose name the order was placed and the date.

When will I recive my order?

Our shipping companies generally deliver the package between 24 and 48 hours depending on the destination, although these times may be extended if customs is involved in the process. You will receive a tracking code to follow the shipping process through the company in charge of your order. Please note that it may take several hours for this link to activate.

How I can cancel my order?

As long as the order has not been shipped, you can still cancel it. To do this, send an email to contact@senlimastore.com. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to the same bank account number you used for payment.

Can I return my item?

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days and without giving any reason. After this cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order for another item or size. If you want a different item or size, you can complete a return process and place a new order on our website.

Warranty and complaints

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience at Senlima, which is why we are always willing to discuss any concerns related to the quality of our products on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions or suggestions about the quality of the products purchased through senlimastore.com, just send us an email to contact@senlimastore.com with a photo that clearly shows the problem in question. Don't forget to explain the problem to us in detail so that we can understand it. We will respond to you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

Defective products

Products purchased through senlimastore.com will be replaced at Senlima's discretion. This process may be applied from receipt of the product until the 14 days stipulated for the return. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you the new item at no additional shipping cost.

Since we cannot guarantee the quality of Senlima products sold by unauthorized sellers, our warranty does not apply to products purchased from these sellers, unless prohibited by law.

The following defects are covered by our warranty as long as the deadlines mentioned above are met and it is a new product.

  • Strip that arrived broken in the package.
  • Peeling soles
  • Soles broken at the edges
  • Broken or incorrectly sewn cap adjustment.
  • Textile garment torn or sewn incorrectly.

The following defects are not covered by our warranty, nor are the defects mentioned above when any of the following are observed:

  • Strip breakage or overstretching due to improper use.
  • Deterioration as a result of improper use.
  • Worn sole.
  • Fading or loss of color of the sole logo.
  • Deformation of the sandal due to improper submission to pressure.
  • Cuts, scrapes, burns, etc.
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of the products.
  • Damage caused by wetting non-waterproof products.
  • Fit, blisters and/or other comfort issues.
  • Improper or extremely intensive use of the article.
  • Detachment of the metal decoration due to use.
  • Product odor due to use.

Payment options

We try to offer you the greatest possible comfort during your shopping experience. For this reason, we have high security standards to protect your confidential data and we offer you multiple payment options: Redsys for debit/credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) and PayPal.

How long does my refund take once the return has been processed?

We will refund the amount of your purchase (less the original shipping costs based on the minimum order amount) to the account number used when the order was placed as quickly as possible; no later than 14 days after cancellation of the purchase. If the purchase was made with a credit card, a reverse payment will be made. You can find the reverse payment on your monthly credit card statement.

What is the size equivalence?

You can see how to properly measure your size as well as its equivalence in the SIZE GUIDE button that you will find on each product.

In the case of 3.21 sandals, remember that if you are between two sizes, tend to choose a smaller size to improve the fit of the strap. Keep in mind that the strap is flexible so it will tend to adjust to your foot. Since numbers 36-40 have been designed based on a women's size, while numbers 41-45 on a men's size, only when you are between numbers 40 and 41 do we recommend choosing 40 if you are a woman, or the 41 if you are a man.

How to take care of your Senlima 3 . twenty-one?

  • When storing them, we recommend that you do not place objects on top of them to prevent the strips from twisting.
  • Do not overstretch the straps so that they always fit as tight as possible.
  • If you want to clean them, do so with water, soap and a soft (non-abrasive) sponge and then rinse them with water.
  • Do not put them in the washing machine even if they are very dirty, you could damage the straps and soles.

How long does a pair of Senlima 3 last? twenty-one?

This question is complicated and there is no clear answer, since the useful life will depend on several factors, such as its frequency of use, the type of use, the type of floor or the care of the product.
